Color
We make our own cellulose sponge blocks from scratch. We do not buy them and convert them like the other.
Shape
We use band saws and die-cut molds to provide customers with shapes of their choosing.
Scrubber
We source a wide range of scrubber abrasiveness and colors. We can develop your own unique combination.
Packaging
Send your packaging artwork to STC and we will source custom-designed packaging materials in order to be ready to bag and box as soon as your sponges are ready. Made and packed in the same facility — sponges do not get any fresher than that!
Once the cellulose is in sheets we can glue on whichever scrubbing pad you choose then shape the custom cut sponges to your specifications. From a standard rectangle to a signature polygon, our facility is capable of die-cutting virtually any shape.
